Prof.Dr. Witold Pedrycz

University of Alberta,Canada

Witold Pedrycz (IEEE Life Fellow, 2021) is Professor and Canada Research Chair (CRC) in Computational Intelligence in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He is also with the Systems Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland. He is a foreign member of the Polish Academy of Sciences and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada. He received a prestigious Norbert Wiener award from the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. He is a recipient of the IEEE Canada Computer Engineering Medal, a Cajastur Prize for Soft Computing from the European Centre for Soft Computing, a Killam Prize, a Fuzzy Pioneer Award from the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, and 2019 Meritorious Service Award from the IEEE Systems Man and Cybernetics Society.

Prof. Dr.Shengqing Li

Hunan University of Technology,China

Shengqing Li was born in 1961 in Hunan province, China. He is a Doctor of Engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor and the expert entitled to government special allowance(GSA). Professor Li is the dean in the School of Electrical and Information Engineering at Hunan University of Technology. Meanwhile, he is serving as the Chairman of Hunan Engineering Research Center, the academic leader of provincial key discipline as well as the permanent member of Hunan Electrotechnical Society and Hunan Electrical Engineering Society.
Professor Li's extensive experiences with electricity and engineering lead to his broader interest in Power Quality Control Strategy for Distribution Network, New Energy Grid-Connected System Power and Electrical Energy-saving Technology. He currently hosted and participated in 20 important research projects of the Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the National Natural Science Foundation and National Key R&D Program of China etc. He received 9 ministerial Second Prizes and honored prizes of Progress in Science and Technology, Science and Technology Award of China Electrotechnical Society etc. with his papers, researches, 14 Authorized Patents and Software Copyright.
Professor Li is the author of 6 book including 2 of them were published by China Science Press. He has published numerous papers, 45 of which are included by SCI/EI consisting of Proceedings of the CSEE and International Journal of Robotics and Automation etc.

Prof.Dr.Mufti Mahmud

Nottingham Trent University, UK

Dr Mufti Mahmud is a Senior Lecturer of Computer Science at the Nottingham Trent University, UK with a PhD degree in Information Engineering (with a specialisation in Bioengineering) from the University of Padova – Italy, in 2011. A recipient of the prestigious Marie-Curie postdoc fellowship, he has served various positions in the industry and academia in India, Bangladesh, Italy, Belgium, and the UK in the last 17 years.

Dr Mahmud has a vision towards leaving behind a healthy, secure, smart, and better world to live in. Combining computational intelligence and big data technologies, Dr Mahmud's research aims to convert the ever-expanding amount of raw data to smart data to be able to build predictive, secure and adaptive systems aiming personalized services towards improving quality of life. Dr Mahmud aims to develop secure and intelligent tools to advance healthcare access in low-resource settings.

Dr Mahmud serves as Vice Chair of the Intelligent System Application Technical Committee of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, Member of the IEEE CIS Task Force on Intelligence Systems for Health, Co-Chair of the IEEE P2733 Standard on Intelligent systems design, with AI/ML, Member of the IEEE R8 Humanitarian Activities Subcommittee, Project Liaison Officer of the IEEE UK and Ireland Special Interest Group on Humanitarian Technology, and Publication Chair of the IEEE UK and Ireland Industry Applications chapter.

Dr Mahmud is also actively involved in dissemination activities through the organisation of workshops, conferences, and specialised short duration schools (e.g., Local organising chair of IEEE-WCCI2020; General Chair of BI2020 and BI2021; and Program Chair of IEEE-CICARE2020 and CICARE2021).

Prof. Dr.Jianqi Li

Hunan University of Arts and Science, China

Professor Li Jianqi obtained a doctorate degree in control science and engineering. He is currently the dean of the School of Computer and Electrical Engineering of Hunan University of Arts and Science, and the vice chairman of Hunan Institute of Instrumentation. He is mainly engaged in the teaching and research of computer control and detection technology. He is also an off-campus postgraduate tutor for Hunan University and Xiangtan University, and an expert on the major administrative decision-making advisory committee of Changde City.

He has published more than 30 academic papers, 12 of which are collected by SCI/EI, 2 invention patents, 8 utility model patents, and 10 software copyrights. He presided over the completion of 1 National Natural Science Foundation project and 2 provincial self-research fund projects. He actively carried out the work of serving local areas and once served as a special commissioner for science and technology in Changde City. During his tenure, he completed the development of more than 10 horizontal projects for the enterprise and achieved good economic and social benefits. Among them, the high-precision steel strip parameter measurement system was the first in China, and the scientific research results were specially reported by the Hunan Provincial Public Channel and other media.

Professor Li Jianqi instructed students to have won more than 10 provincial competition awards, published more than 10 papers, and won 1 third prize of provincial teaching achievement.

Prof. Dr.Jinhui Zeng

Hunan University of Technology, China

Prof. Jinhui Zeng is the associate dean of College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Hunan University of Technology, a master's Supervisor. He gets both his doctor degree and master degree in Hunan University. He is the Executive Director of Hunan Electrotechnical Society and holds more than 10 research projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Education Cooperative Education Project, Natural Science Foundation of Hunan Province and so on. He hold numerous patents and copyrights during participating in the research projects like China Railway Construction Corporation and has academic cooperation with some senior conferences and forums which proceedings are published by Springer Elsevier and IEEE, he publishes more than 20 articles in journals and most of them are SCI or EI-indexed, his research interests include Power Electronics Converter, Power quality control, Inductive Filtering Technology in Multi-infeed HVDC Transmission System.

Prof.Dr. Xilong Qu

Hunan University of Finance and Economics,China

Prof. Xilong Qu is the dean of School of Information Technology and Management, Hunan University of Finance and Economics, he is also the master degree student advisor for both Xiangtan University and Hunan Institute of Engineering. Prof. Xilong Qu received his Ph.D on Southwest Jiaotong University, he finished his post-doctor study in Post-doctoral Research Center of Computer Science and Technology, South China University of Technology. Prof. Xilong Qu is the young core teacher of Hunan and a member of “121” talents program of Hunan. Prof.Xilong Qu joined 4 projects from the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, also he led the National Natural Science Foundation of Hunan, the Research Foundation of Education Bureau of Hunan Province, China and the National Science Foundation for Post-doctoral Scientists of China for 3, 1 and 1 times respectively. Prof. Xilong Qu published 4 books 35 articles (5 articles are indexed by SCI and the rest are indexed by EI). Prof. Xilong Qu is also invited for chairs and keynote speakers of numerous conferences and forums in China.
